The Garlic Farm Grows from Strength to Strength

Our partnership with the Garlic Farm on the Isle of Wight is delivering some fantastic results - YoY sales are Up almost 20% through our segmented contact strategy.  To find our more read on....


The Garlic Farm on the Isle of Wight is an online mail-order retailer specialising in the supply of an exceptional range of Garlic seed products for growing garlic.  They also sell a range of consumption products from Garlic bulbs through to infused condiments and cooking ingredients. 

Their main communication with their customers is via e-mail and before working with us they sent out a mailing to all customers on a 2 -3 week cycle

Sales had not grown significantly since 2011


We analysed their sales data and segmented their customers based on purchase behaviours

We used this to tailor the e-mail messages to their customers, creating relevance through content and offers

Two separate e-mails are now deployed fortnightly targeted at customer segments


Open rates and click-throughs have doubled – unsubscribe rates have reduced dramatically too

Sales have increased every month since Jan 16 and by 18.5% overall Jan-Oct 16 vs Jan -Oct 15

October 2016 saw the biggest sales seen in any month since October 2011
